I cant watch videos anymore all I see is a still frame. Please fix this

Twice now, ever since your new update, people I havent talk to in ages sent an image to me. However, they didnt. Your app has glitched and whenever I try to access the chat, it crashes. The other person has to spam the chat so the image doesnt try to load and display, otherwise it crashes. It doesnt stay loaded long enough to stay marked as read and disappear. TWICE. Im unhappy with this. I have to find another app to message them to tell them to spam me, and take the time to explain the situation, and why they have to spam me. They dont see the image, but I do.

Seriously Ive been using his app for awhile now This new update is bugged It keeps telling me I have no internet connection when Im on 4G Why is this happening? Im Dissatisfied with this new Update! Please fix your bugs, I cant send msgs or anything right now! ?

I have conversations that arent saved but they still show up. This needs to go away! Please update this app now!!!

Love the app for sure, one thing I think that should be added; since Shazam is already a part of the app make it so that we can Shazam from someones snap. So if someone plays a song in their Snapchat we can Shazam it straight from their story.

Hey snapchat, you need to make a group filter or adjust your filters to fit more than two people.

Ok, I love Snapchat, I really do, but obviously everyone hates losing streaks with people. Its very annoying and sometimes I dont even realize it or I dont ever see the hourglass. I suggest making an update where you can notify people of when they are about to lose their streak with someone, that way the streak will be saved.

It logged me out and when it logged me out it locked me out and now Im going to lose all of my streaks because of it and yeah now Im really mad ?

I believe snapchat is pretty cool at the moment, but it would be nice if we could see the shared pictures we send on the chats. Like, tapping on the persons name and below it shows all the pictures weve sent each other (saved ones) ,so we dont have to be scrolling all the way up to the date they sent us a picture ;u; I hope you guys read this review and well.. take it in consideration..

As an iPhone user this never use to happen. My phone will get into 74% and after watching a Snapchat boom my phone shuts off. No other app causes me this issue. Please update the app I love the app never had a problem until the last update.

Needs to make video resolution higher quality. And needs to make finding new people easier

Its frustrating that the microphone will just stop working without notice. One video will have sound in the next wont. Very frustrating because you have to delete the app and re-download it to get the microphone to work again.

I love snapchat to death, but there are two things that annoy me to death. One, please save chat history. Im sick of opening my app after someone sends me a snap, just for the app to glitch and close on me, and when I re-open the app, it doesnt save whatever was sent to me. This is with the current update. Thats why there has to be some sort of better option to save chat history. Reason two: filter rotation. I used to like how filters changed each day, now its really annoying. I miss the ones that snapchat took out, like the golden butterflies one. Also, face-swapping was the main dish for me, and thanks to it being taken out, I barely take snaps now. If anything I barely use this app anymore. My friends post less stories now, not to mention the "news" stuff is kinda lame too. Its funny how two little reasons can change my opinion entirely on how much I like this app, but it is what it is, and I know Im not the only one complaining lol.

I would give 5 stars but Im sick of seeing Kylie Jenner I dont know if theres just something wrong with the algorithms honestly but shes all over the place.

You should make it an option to change your username.

I love the app, but I have two suggestions. First, you should be able to reopen your photos that you have sent or at least recently sent ones. Maybe you forgot to save the picture you really liked but now its gone. Also bring back the rainbow puke and keep it there.
