I love snapchat its really easy to use and its fun its my favorite app

Cant view certain friends stories. They arent blocked or have me blocked but we can see each others stuff.

Ever time I want to look at the discover stories, they crash the app. Also, I dont want to automatically look at peoples snap stories so I purposely avoid looking at them. Theres just so much stuff going on. The video chat feature is ok but I only use it to talk to my brother, other than that its useless. Same with the stickers.

My zoom wont work. I tried to delete the app and download again to see if it would work but it still wont :(

i hate that now it goes to the next story without me wanting it to & every time it goes to the next story it glitches and closes the app or the story.

I really like snapchat but I think that you should be able to have two accounts on the same app do you could be able to switch between different apps and I also think you should get FaceTime, you should get the choice of whos face you should use to face swap with and so you circle the face you want and it does that face I also think that they should make it so we could get pictures from our photo albums and also make it so you can crop the picture and if some one blocks you you should be able to know like it sends you notification

I love this app but it constantly freezes my phone or closes out. Its getting extremely annoying. Also I think you should bring back where it shows peoples best friends instead of the stupid emojis. PLEASE BRING BACK SHOWING PEOPLES BEST FRIENDS.

Snap chat was a good app. Theres no need to change a good thing. Take out the new continuous story viewing feature. If I click on someones story, I am trying to view theirs and theirs only. It dont want you to automatically go to the next persons and confuse me. Im looking at the story, not the hard to read name in the corner.

This has been the second time that Ive been locked out, and this is so ridiculous. I looked up the reasons on why it was banned, and I havent done any of those things.

Put a blueberry filter

Please get rid of dog filter it has been there to long... Too many people use it, please remove it... Thanks

I have been having problems lately with viewing stories. I am able to watch all my stories besides one person and its irritating, like I cant click on the story. Help!

I love snapchat .. but its highly pissing me tf of rn bc I cannot open someones snapchat .

Its hard to enjoy an app when it always crashes within 30 seconds of you opening it

Im super ecstatic that I can now use the filters on my older IOS model, however, every time Im clicking through peoples stories the app crashes. It wouldnt be so annoying if it wasnt for the fact that all the stories I already cleared off are there again and if I try to click through them the app crashes again. I also hate that I cant click through peoples stories separately like how snapchat used to be.

I can see by reviews that snapchat has less stars then when it first started and even after the updates. In these past couple of updates I personally dont like the fact that when Im viewing my friends snap it goes to the next snap. Theres stories I dont want to see and it takes me to it regardless, they know I see it so I feel obligated to view their whole story. Total ail snapchat

Sometimes when I am on it and watching other peoples stories or on it point blank the screen turns black and I cant go on it unless I download it again please fix this

Snapchat keeps freezing when I try to take a picture.

Okay so I only have three problems with all the new updates and whatnot. First , I dont want to watch peoples stories back to back, I want to pick and choose whos story I watch. Second, Ill be in the middle of watching stories and snapchat will crash and bring me to my home screen, and when I go back into the application it shows that I havent watched any of the stories in which I was watching before it crashed . Third, I have the IPhone 4 and its not compatible with the new filters (the dog for example). It would be really great if you made the IPhone 4 compatible with the filters,also fix the crashing problem. Other than that I love snapchat, its a great way to chat and interact with people.
