I love snapchat. Its a great app and I use it to communicate with my friends and boyfriend because its very easy to use and convenient, but I am so sick of the little story feature. I am a survivor of sexual abuse, and waking up ever morning and seeing "how to have better sex" and "I tried BDSM for the first time" makes me sick. Little things like this can trigger someone who has been through abuse and Im tired of seeing that garbage. I want a feature where I can permanently remove stories, like cosmopolitan and even buzzfeed.

I cant see any video on my snap chat since three days can you fix it please. Thank you

Im really sick of the ads they put in, like why did you guys do that??? stop shoving advertisements in our faces

Trash app and support is a joke

Its a great app for connecting with friends, but I dont like that when you open a snap it expands, then collapses when you close it. Its really annoying and it just wastes time. Please make an option to change this

A fun app that has a fun twist and is helpful

Since the update the videos that are on other peoples stories are not playing. I tried re-downloading the app but nothing has changed

the filters arent working for me on the new update

I love snapchat but I accidentally submitted that I was 11 and now Im permanently locked out. I dont wanna lose my streaks and it would be more convenient if I could get another chance to fix my error ? Idk if I can help but maybe just another chance ?

Great app but having the ability to change usernames at least once would be great!

Please fix , it says delivered when theyve opened it already , fixed by logging out and back in . Also occasionally a snap will not show when I have it , I have to go in the chat to open it .

I finally updated, now I dont get notifications when I get snaps and theres a pointless search bar... please fix.

I love this app! I use it everyday and all the time! But I would like for there to be a streaks tab! Like the "best friend" tab, take it into consideration please! It would make keeping up with streaks 10x easier and would make the app so much better!

It is a great app overall! There is one thing I would like- if you could make it so you can sign in to multiple devices at once. Other than than I found no bugs!

I DONT KNOW WHY BUT I FEEL LIKE SNAPCHATS JUST MESSING W/ ALL OF US CUZ WE CAN CHANGE OUR DISPLAY NAMES AND NOT OUR ACTUAL USERNAMES!!! JUST GIVE US THIS FEATURE ALREADY.

Snapchat is awesome. It would be cool if we could request filters to places that dont have snap filters if its accepted. Then youll get a notification saying the place you requested for a snap filter has been accepted or denied.

Every other day the app automatically logs me out. My password is also forgotten so I need to create a new one each time. I honestly have stopped using as much.

First off, lets start with this… I love this app, definitely. But, there is one thing I absolutely do not like about Snapchat. I dont like that you cannot change your username. Yep, thats it. Thats all I pretty much have to say. So I really hope you consider this (if you read this) and include this in your next update. Thank you.
