ITS A NUCE APP BUT STOP DELETING THE TEXTS!!! BECASUE WHAT IF I ACCIDENTLY VIEWED IT AND DID NOT READ THE NEW CHAT IT WOULD BE SO WIERD TO ASK THEM WHAT THEY SENT. SNAPCHAT YOU BETTER IMPROVE THIS OR ELSE NEXT TIME I WILL RATE A ONE OR A ZERO IF THEY HAD ONE!!!

It freezes my phone when i open the app.. Only since this new update UPDATED

I love this app! I think its great! Although, there is something that has just been glitched this morning. I sent a picture to my Streaks but then when I sent one to my #1 best friend, it said PENDING even though we have a 51 day streak. Along with the streak it says that we share a best friend and that Im on her best friends list but not on mine, which should happen since weve been #1 best friends. I have no problem breaking the streak or anything but since our friend ship is pending we cant talk to each other anymore! I have no other communication with them, so please fix! Thanks!

My videos show a stuck image. I tried to delete the app and no results. Please update

I hate the new filter that shows how long a streak is. It is inconveniently placed and I am so used to the old layout of filters that now when I swipe back to go to the normal filter it shows the streak. I automatically send it because I am so used to the old way and it is so embarrassing and annoying. Please fix!!!! I dont care if you leave it but PLEASE put it in a different spot!!!!!

Will not play video snaps. Please fix.

Videos dont play, snap story videos dont play. Anyone else having this issue? Please fix this bug asap. Ive already tried uninstalling the app and nothing has helped

This is so stupid. I had 38 streaks and they all disappeared except for 6. Yes I did send pictures back and forth. It didnt just happened to me it happens to 5 other of my friends. Maybe you should work on that wont cha. I would like my streaks back. This isnt fair. This is bs

you guys recently changed the filter that makes your face look slimmer and smooth, and you guys changed the way the eyes work in the filter. I dont like that it makes your eyes glossy, and i miss that it made your eyes look slightly bigger, giving you that doll look. change it back!

This app is alright except for the fact you cant hide featured stories. Im tired of seeing how I can "improve my sex life" and other dumb things. Its important for me to be able to customize my experience and youre not giving that to me. Let me hide the featured stories and this is a good app.

My friend and I had a streak of like 89 and we were talking that day and it just like deleted. So me and my friend cant have a streak anymore because every time we get up to 10 or something, it just restarts! And also please allow us to change the name that people find us with!!!

Videos that I receive or that are on peoples stories are no longer loading or when they do they do not play and when I put videos on my story they do not play they just all freeze. Please fix!!

Love Snapchat, no doubt about it. BUT since the update I havent been able to open snaps. It just says "tap to load" so I tap it than it says "tap to view" and when you tap it again it goes back to "tap to load" and repeats itself.

I have notifications on but its not coming through. It doesnt even show the "1" thing when i have something.

This has happened several times. My volume is on, settings are set to microphone, and everything is perfect. Sound still not working. Even closed and re-opened snap.
