I was recently locked out of my snapchat account and cant figure out why is there a way you go guys can help me so I can start using snapchat again

This app is crap they lock your account for no reason

This app used to be so simple and had a basic meaning to everyone but now you go banning people for logging in on their computer. I cant always be on my phone but I work at a desk and so I login to keep up with friends and see snaps and stories. Thanks for ruining it for me.

I like it! You guys are fun. However, the autoplay is totally RAPEY!! I already tweeted this :) Its like the person who shows up to the party when not invited. Nobody likes that person. EVER! So why not put a snap COUNT on how many snaps are included OR give people the option to opt out of autoplay altogether OR leave it on for certain friends. Ill be honest, I just tap through like 99.5% of them cuz I dont care while it also gives the snapper the impression that I care about whatever it is theyre doing... and I really dont. Like I dont want to see the half eaten burrito or the baby puking all over itself (like the little useless human that he is!) Do something pleeeeease!!! Or every snap from here on out will be some sort of snap boycott against RAPEY autoplay!! Yours truly, Not Happy About Rapey Autoplay ❤️

It logged me out and wont let me log back in. Its saying its temporarily locked but I dont understand why I got locked out, I havent done anything.

The new version has a major glitch and I cant open my snaps. I hope that this gets fixed.

Take off the annoying snap story autoplay feature!!! This thing is incredibly annoying and confusing! What is wrong with you devs, do you even use your own app or do any testing before releasing these stupid updates!?

Its the best ever but the latest update is to buggy. Ever since I updated, it created more lag and my phone freezes every now and then.

I love snapchat, its usually a fast, easy & great way to communicate with people. Its a lot of fun, also! But lately Ive had a lot of problems with it. Whenever I go to view stories, it will let me see one story and after that it wont load, and when I go back to view it, itll all freeze up and Ill eventually just have to get off. Sometimes it wont even let me view the story, Ill click on it and itll immediately freeze up. Also, when I get back on after Ive gotten off, Im logged out. Its just randomly logging me out, and I dont know it until I try to get on. This is only a problem, because if someone messages me, I wont know it until I get back on. Please fix these bugs!

Another app for pornographic pictures with zero monitoring and never an explanation for anything. For example, if you get locked out, you will not get a reason why you were locked out. Youll get 10 different scenarios of why. The filters are crappy and the location is always incorrect. Other social media sites know what city Im in except Snapchat. Its the same stupid 4 color filters and it never changes. Theyve had a lawsuit filed against them for the speed filter and its still up. Revamp your policies and monitor things and give clear answers. Its bullsh*t that in this day, Snapchat can continue to have a vague website and vague answers. Get your sh*t together.

The app crashes as soon as one tries to add a filter or a sticker :(

Please remove the feature that makes you watch the next persons story. I dont want the continuous feed. Or at least make it an option.

I used to love snapchat, but lately my snaps have been opening by themselves:( so frustrating!

I love this app... For the most part. I tend to use the same color filter on most of my snaps and today I found out it was gone. It was replaced with a filter that is so stupid and no one will use because you cant even see whats in the pic. I just really want back the old filter because I used it on everything. Very disappointed...
