Its still one of my favorite apps but Im tired of it constantly crashing. It freezes up and shuts my phone off about 12-20 times a day! Please fix!

Please fix issue with recently snapped friends not updating!

You all should make a feature that sets it to where users have the option to edit their snaps in their story. Maybe combining it with the feature to forward a story snap to someone? So that you either have the option to edit or forward the snap.... But overall, love the app! Just my opinion

You cant click through snap stories anymore...with the new up date you need to watch the full thing, needs to be fixed.

This app keeps making my phone crash, I have an iPhone 6 and the both the phone and the app have the latest update. Please fix it. Its crashed 12 times in 48 hours always while Im using this app.

Ever since the update every time I open up the app and check my new snaps or chats my phone restarts on me. Its only with Snapchat and no other apps

When I swipe to open snaps, it makes my phone resets.

I dont know whats happening exactly but every time I open snap chat, my phone freezes and resets itself. I have deleted and re downloaded snap chat but the same thing is happening. This never happened until the recent update so it cant be my phones fault.

Snapchat has been great until the last couple iOS updates, now almost every time I open the app it restarts the screen or freezes my phone entirely. Please fix as soon as possible

I MADE A SECOND ACCOUNT SO I CAN SEND ALL THESE VIDEOS THROUGH OUT THE YEAR AND WHEN I LOGGED INTO IT THE ACCOUNT ONLY HAD SNAPS FROM THE DAY BEFORE IT FREAKING DELETED ALL SNAPS IVE EVER SEND IT I HATE YOY SNAPCHAT

Newest Snapchat release does not work with iOS 10.2 on an iPhone 6. Constantly freezes the snapchat app and then my iPhone crashes and restarts. I know MANY people with the same issue.

About every one out of two time I try to open snapchat it restarts my phone, causing me to be very apprehensive about using the app. Please try and fix this problem as I usually love the app.

My phone should not have to restart every time I open the app. The developers are skilled enough at this point that this shouldnt happen. Not impressed.

Can We Get An Update Allowing Us To Change Our Username With Higher Security? Because i Honestly Dont Think It Makes Any Sense to Loose All The Friends I Have On Sc , Just To Make A New Username for Myself.

Really. Kim and Kylie butt and chest. Thats all you really see. And sex facts and everything of that nature. Come on people snap chat is screwing with your childrens brain. Then your children will end up being messed up later on in life. With these tips and tricks ooooo. Nothing useful. Oh and selling our pictures and texts doesnt help much either. Good job

My whole phone shuts down when I open snap chat. I have an iPhone 6 and I know its not the phone. I work for a tech company and its definitely the app causing my phone to restart. And I hate the discover page! Nonsense!!

Ever since their most recent update, every time I go into the app it freezes and then my phone crashes and restarts itself. Its crashed my iPhone five times today alone! Only does it with this one app. Ive had this app since the beginning and never had problems like this before. Not impressed!!! Please fix asap! Really over it!

App is great but crashes a lot on IOS 10 please fix!
