Ever since the apple iOS update whenever I open Snapchat My whine phone restarts...idk what the problem is but PLEASE fix it!!! I love snapchat but this is causing me to not want it!

Snapchat keeps on restarting my phone every time i get a snapchat from someone. It just restarts my whole phone and it makes me lose all my data.

Since I updated my phone, I have opened Snapchat and my phone restarts itself

It crashes EVERY time I try and use a filter. So unimpressed

This app keeps crashing my phone.

I have an iphone6 and since updating my phone and Snapchat this last week it has been having problems. When I am using Snapchat it will crash my phone and shut it down completely and restarts. It doesnt happen every time I use Snapchat but it happened about 7 times today and its really annoying. Can you please fix this?

i love snap chat. especially the filters. except the flowers, bubbles, and etc got taken away. may you pls make those new added filters permanent? a lot of people love those filters. and please dont ever get rid of the yellow butterfly filter. thank you!

Please add the diamond back to the friend emojis. I want to change my snapstreak to the diamond instead of the fire

I would normally rate a 5 but lately its just not been good. It used to just close itself a lot and now its totally shutting down my phone at least 3 times a day.

I love the new update, but, everytime I tap on someones story, it freezes.

The filters dont work, snap chat doesnt really seem at all like they care about its users.

Snap chat never lets me log back in and its always saying it is my connection which it is not, because I tried getting into other accounts like Instagram etc. and they worked just fine.

One of my streaks stopped counting. Stays frozen at 33 days.

Love all the new updates. The only thing I would like to see taken away is the notification that someone is typing. I dont want to know if they are typing, only when they send the message!

Snapchat has been good up u till yesterday. Every time I try to open a snap the app freezes and then closes its self. I have tried deleting it and reloading it but it still doesnt work...

I never write reviews but I feel I must for this. I love this app and use it everyday but seriously snapchat TAKE OFF AUTOPLAY. Its confusing and really annoying. Im sure many of us have that one person we just dont care to see their snaps or are trying to ignore and by this we are literally forced to watch. This app was great before Facebook bought it. Dont fix something that isnt broken smh.

Add a push notification for the stories!

I cant view stories from other friends this has happened many times before.. No updates or anything, fix this..
