I love snapchat but this snapchat I use it every day but I dont like the new update where for your streaks you have to wait so long for it to open and close again can you just keep in the same were you can just open the videos then stop it right away plzzz thank you

the quality of videos and pictures posted on my story are horrible quality, please fix this

I like snapchat tbh. But my friend keeps sending me cute filters with smoke and feather hair decor and I cant figure out how to apply them! The best I can do is the goth makeup. Sometimes crashes but mostly good.

Snap chat has been doing nothing but crashing when I last updated the app! Please fix this please its very annoying!!!

We need to be able to take a picture or video without pressing the button like even hitting a timer and letting five seconds run and it takes thatd be lovely

This app is literally the best ever!! If youre jumping into it now it might be difficult to figure out but thats the only issue. Its fun and you can talk to friends in the best ways possible; chat and picture chats. When Im alone in public I use Snapchat to keep me from being forced to awkwardly socialize with strangers :)

i love snapchat but just in the past week 90% of the time im using snapchat ill take a picture and immediately after my phone completely freezes. none of the buttons work at all and the only way to fix it is to restart my phone. it is extremely frustrating and i barely open the app anymore because i dont want it to mess up my phone

Kept crashing when I tried to open it so I deleted and rebooted my phone even tried changing Apple IDs and it still wont download Ill click the cloud and itll show the circle and show the cloud again. Snapchat fix this

I love snapchat and use it frequently, (frequently as in every day!) Filters, videos, etc are super fun to do! Missing the deer filter though! ? But, I think it would be awesome if Snapchat had a live video feature! Not everyone has Facebook, Instagram, etc. It would be awesome if snapchat added that feature too! for example, you have 4 pages right? One for your messages, camera, friends stories & discover. How cool would it be to have a live video feature page? and ad live videos included!? Just a suggestion ? But over all, love the app! and cant wait to see how the app evolves! It always says i dont have enough storage to watch my stories, but ive deleted almost every app. It glitches a lot and its very irritating, its like every update makes it worse.

The tapping feature has become slower and it is harder to tap on snaps quickly. Please change it back so I can open and respond to my snaps faster!

Pls take away that slow animation when you open and close a snap. It just makes the app slower

Besides when it sometimes crashes I love snap chat I use it the most its just amazing

You should be able to search who views your snapchat stories instead of scrolling down the list of names. There should be a search bar and you should be able to type in the snapchat username.

i want to be able to change my user name. i dont want to make a new one because i already have people added and my streaks are on one account. but i made my account 2 or 3 years ago and i dont like it anymore. you should be able to update it instead of just changing your display name of whatever. that would be amazing if you could change it.

Snap chat is great. But Its really annoying that it reveals how long ago a picture or video was taken when you want to upload from camera roll

I love Snapchat I use it 24/7 but, it constantly doesnt notify me of the one person I want to talk to. It notifies me for every other person except the one I want to talk to. And they always think Im ignoring them when in reality I didnt get the notification. Please fix this!!!

this is a great app im not going to lie. it has its many pros but its cons are starting to rise. one of its biggest cons that is bothering the crap out of me is glitching. everytime theres a new update, the crashing seems to worsen and the camera glitches A LOT. please dont make new updates if you all are just gonna mess the app up.
