Ever since the last update it keeps crashing even after restarting my phone!!! FIX IT NOW!!

They just freeze and dont go to the next snap

Can you please put back the memories option when sending a snap please?

Snapchat is a great app itself, but the new update makes it so that the app crashes whenever I swipe to my conversations... please fix this soon!!! Im gonna loose my streaks

Ver. 10.4.0.0 My iPad updated Snapchat automatically and I stopped getting notifications. Please help

I think you should make a notification for when a streak is about to end so we can save it & keep it going

Doesnt show all snap posting in the news feeds. Other then that slight problem its a great way to connect with friends!

The new update adding sc best friend into the widget was amazing, but for iPod 5 users its isnt appearing. Laos we should be able to change our best friends to text them cause its auto picked

When someone sends a video snap or has a video story they randomly work or dont work. Its not specific individuals and the first might not but the next will. I have redownloaded the app and restarted my phone multiple times over the last few weeks and that hasnt fixed it. Ready to delete the app for good if it wont properly work.

The notifications arent working properly with the new update Ive deleted the app re downloaded it and yet it still doesnt work and yes notifications are enabled in settings.

I love the filters and they work great but I want them to work on my dogs...

When someone sends, app does not give a notification on lock screen. Have to go inside the app to check for new snaps with this latest update. Other then that app is great!

whatever you did on the new update made my snapchats load when im not on wifi. before i had to tap to load and now they load automatically.. not good for my data. pls fix.

You guys should make lists, so if you want to send a snap, you can send it to a list of people like your best friends or streaks, instead of selecting them one by one

So I accidentally put in the wrong month I was born in so I decided to change it. When I changed it, I accidentally changed the year also to 2004 by accident even though Im born in 2003. So then my account gets disabled and then I panic but then they say I could unlock it. So I go to the link they gave and put my username and password, proof of identity and short letter saying Im over 12. Even after doing that, I still never got my account back I would really like to because I had great memories of me and past friends and also different countries I went to. So please help me get my account back.
