Every time I update Snapchat it just gets slower and slower!! Plus the camera quality has decreased major amounts when I try to take a selfie, I have one of the newest iPhones but I find its hard to take a quality selfie on snapchat now days, plus videos have stopped playing when people send me videos!! Please fix something

Snapchat isnt allowing me to add my friend back after I have tried constantly to add him back. Is there a Snapchat glitch or something? Could you please update Snapchat?

I just got an iPhone 7 and the filters dont work, I cant send videos and every time I get a notification it automatically goes to that snap even if Im watching someone elses story. Pls fix this asap

I love snapchat but Ive found it quite aggravating that every time someone adds me on Snapchat they ask for my name and I found it odd because I did have my name set up :( so I keep resetting my name but it always just shows my username please fix!!!!

Ive had the app for a few years. Yes its popular and yes its fun. However, its poorly made. The camera constantly freezes and has been doing this on multiple phones for all the years its been out. I have a feeling they wont fix this since they know its so popular and it wont make a difference to the money in their pockets.

Updated because my old "outdated" version of snapchat started randomly crashing all the time. Seemed like the nudge to finally update. Now that its updated I have seriously annoying "discover" stories that I could not care less about on the same page as my friends stories. Not only are they irrelevant to me, and take up a disproportionate amount of the screen space, but theyre that same intelligence-insulting click-bait type of titles. Clearly a money grab. Further invading peoples space to propagate meaningless garbage in order to make money. AND THERES NO OPTION TO TURN IT OFF. Snapchat used to be counter-culture, and now theyve sold out and ruined and cheapened themselves, just like YouTube and Instagram. Shame.

It Updated on iPhone 4 now wont open or allow me to delete the app to re download it. Just says waiting...

The videos on all the subscribed pages dont play. At all. Ever. Its annoying as hell and theres no point in even trying to open the stories. I have an iPhone 6s and Regis needs to be fixed asap. tnx.

Snap chat used to be good until all of the news channels started to get too liberal. I cannot stand some of the channels like CNN, Brother, vice and pretty much all of the other are complete and utter garbage.
