Video chatting is super glitchy, video snaps dont play stay frozen on the first frame..... have to close and open snapchat for anything to work

when i get videos in messages they wont play. they just show up as a picture. please fix this issue (iphone 6s)

Im so disappointed, the new update is just trash, it overheats my phone, for some reason its taking so much more battery than what it used to be, and it CRASHES a lot. Its usual to be in group chats, and the fact that I cant open 1000 sec. of snaps just pisses me off, because in the middle of a snap, the app just crashes not letting me see what they sent, and not letting me repeat it. Also the app started to take so much more storage than it used to, I hate having to delete the app because all of a sudden it takes 2 GB out of my iPhone. Please solve anything you can, it would be really helpful, especially in an app that I use the most. Remember theres "people" trying to be you, dont let them be better.

I was in the middle of snapchating and it randomly logged out of the app? Is there a new update I should do or what?

This new update has caused my videos to crash. My videos that I send and receive are just still frames so it looks like I sent a picture. I know I receive videos because it shows it in purple. However, I only see the first second as a picture and the time lapse on the right hand counter continues. Ive tried exiting the app, restarting the app, updating, and deleting it and downloading it again. None of these solutions work. Please update so I can see my videos!!!

Stop updating it every second!!! My wish is opening App Store and not seeing snapchat waiting to be updated

i wont talk like i dont like snapchat, i do i love snapchat but WHY the quality of the pictures on iPod 6 is so bad ? i should buy an iphone in order to have a good snapchat pic? please fix the quality!!.

i love snapchat, i use it 99% of the day and im always on it. but i have over 100 streaks and every time i go to send streaks my phone freezes from having to click on all of them. i think its a really good idea to have a streaks button that you can press to send it to all of your streaks

Without any updates my snapchat doesnt give me a notification when I get a message in the chat (but a regular snap works fine). Restarting the iPod touch doesnt repair it. All my notifications are good, so no problem with it. Seems like its just the chat. Even the red 1 on the app doesnt come up iOS 9.3.5 iPod Touch 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ☝?️

I love snapchat. But Im still salty that the butterfly crown filter isnt a permanent filter. Not your best move Snapchat.

Fix your app. Everytime i receive a chat and open it it stays open. Also I cant make videos. And filters arent working wtf

People send me videos and they are frozen and I go to send people videos and theyre frozen too I cant see any videos even on the peoples stories. Can you please fix it for me?
