Worst Support Ever!

So I accidentally put in the wrong month I was born in so I decided to change it. When I changed it, I accidentally changed the year also to 2004 by accident even though Im born in 2003. So then my account gets disabled and then I panic but then they say I could unlock it. So I go to the link they gave and put my username and password, proof of identity and short letter saying Im over 12. Even after doing that, I still never got my account back I would really like to because I had great memories of me and past friends and also different countries I went to. So please help me get my account back.
