Cant navigate options - idiotic menus - kills 50% battery in 5 minutes! Horrid!

I love using the snap but when I try to see my friends stories, I cant see all the videos and its really annoying. My snapchat app is up to date and I dont understand why this is happening. So, if this issue can be fixed I will write an amazing review!!

I wish we were allowed to change our username!! I made this account a long time ago and would like to change the username but dont want to make a new account since I have so many people of there!! Please make this update as soon as possible! Thats the only thing that is bad about this app and maybe the glitchyness of all the new feature but mainly the username thing really bothers me. With all the updates they are bound to put this in! Please do it!! Thanks snapchat!

Videos on peoples stories will only play every other one...its really annoying.

Recently my friend got removed from my list and I click add friend and it gives a grey bar at the top saying added friend but I cant add them???

I love snapchat to death and people should really download it. Just when you get more into snapchat your learn about a thing called streaks where your snapchat someone everyday. The only thing i have an issue with over snapchat is when im on the verge of losing a streak snapchat doesnt tell me about it so I lose that streak things that it was fine. I believe snapchat should start sending you notifications when you are about to lose a streak cause it is not fun losing a streak that you have worked hard to keep and it just slips right of your fingers. So Snapchat please keep this in mind when you are making a new update

Snapchat was great, Im assuming the changes came to stay competitive with new apps. But I just tried to zoom in and the app tried to change pages.. pretty annoying.

Snap keeps shutting down every time I open the app, or I view someones story. Whats going on?

I blocked some girls from seeing my story and yet they still ended up seeing it. What did I do wrong because I went to custom story and blocked them but they still ended up viewing it

I love snapchat. I use it everyday. I also have a lot of streaks but sometimes it can be hard to keep them. Snapchat should release an update so when the hourglass shows up next to a friend your phone will get a notification so you can snap the person to keep the streak. Please add this feature

Can yall please bring back the filter with the makeup icon the one you click on and it gives you like 5 different filters to choose from ????????

Snapchat, Hello, I would love it if you got rid of that weird animation when I open a Snapchat from someone. The extra 2 seconds that it takes to open gets me frustrated.. just make there no animation like how you used to have it THANKS PLEASE

i really like the app... i do! but could you guys please make an update that lets you change your username? a lot of people would really like that! ive been wanting to change my username for months now... but i cant, and i dont want to make a new account because i would loose everything. so a recommendation that a lot of people would LOVE is: could you make an update that allows you to change your username? please!
