It has been kicking me out a lot and has been very glitch. Also its really slow. Need to be improved.

One day when I got on sn I saw that all of my streakss disipeard and I knew that it wasnt because I didnt snap back because on my freinds phone it said we had 7 and mine said nothing and this is like that every day and it will not let me see my streaks I tried evrything help

yikesville i love the app so much but its so glitchy! my main glitch that pisses me off so much is when i tap and the filters so up as soon as i get to the filter i want it glitches me out of the app...every time. i havent been able to use any of the filters for like a week. its so bizarre as soon as it tries to connect to my face i get glitches out. please fix this problem it just totally kills my vibe.

Its a great app but this creepy guy kept messaging me and when I tried to block him the app would just close so I had to just delete the app. I was actually scared so you guys need to fix that REALLY SOON.

i love using sc to talk to my friends ! and its hilarious filters and stuff. i just wish that it supported gifs in the chats but otherwise a great app that entertains to no end :3

Snapchat has been saving my messages, they wont disappear, I cant get any answers on how to get rid of these messages that are supposed to disappear, thats the point of Snapchat.... your messages are supposed to disappear. So I am deleting the app because it keeps saving messages that I do not want saved.

This is one of the worst apps Ive used. The interface is confusing and every update has made it worse. The camera somehow makes everything look worse than the normal iPhone camera. Also the app takes up way more space than it should. This app needs some serious improvement.

Can you make it to where we can add voice overs to our picture snaps? I think itd be a nice addition to add when were adding snap stories.

Snapchat will not record audio when it is on Apple car play via the phones charging port. Can you plz plz plz update this so I can take more snaps in the car while I play music. Thank you

I like the app, but my friends and I noticed if you press the smiley face in the group chats and put two women kissing or two men kissing or an African American Santa, it has two snap ghosts staring at it and its blurred out.... it just seems.... wrong

I will be honest here; out of all social media apps that I use, this one seems to have the most issues. It functions well about 80% of the time. Sometimes, it freezes, sometimes it remains black on the camera screen and then crashes, and- like today- sometimes it just stops loading all videos. Like I even restarted my phone; my story, others stories, my saved snaps; no audio would play and itd be a still image of the beginning of the video, so those would cycle through the stories rather than videos. Very frustrating. With ALL of these glitches and errors, the only solution I have found to work (most of the time) is deleting the app and reinstalling it. This is a pain in the rear, but because of the functionality 80% of the time, I continue to do so. However, I can easily see myself giving up on this app if issues like this continue to come my way in the future. These problems have followed me from phone to phone, so I know its the app itself with issues. But whatever.

I honestly love everything about snapchat, all of my friends use it and its my favorite way to communicate with other people on my phone! I love the news function because when I get bored I can read anything from Food Network to The DoDo. I honestly probably stay on Snapchat for around an hour a day (?) because its so great. I love the ever changing filters because it keeps the app fresh. Thank you for making such a wonderful app!!

I love the app most of the time but theres a glitch that makes me very upset. Im part of a group on snapchat and I get the notifications that theres snaps being sent to the group - but I cant open them. It doesnt update for me to click and view them until they pile up. Its frustrating and needs to seriously be fixed.
