I love Snapchat, and I use it quite frequently throughout my day; however, for the past few months my snaps would say they send but the other person doesnt really receive them. With this issue it is somewhat difficult to maintain a streak, because my friends think I have left them on open. This has been getting worse and it has been getting annoying, I would really like it to be fixed or to know how to fix it. Please and thankyou.

I love snapchat but recently the sound on mine hasnt been working... whenever i talk and then watch the video all you see is my mouth moving and there is no sound.?This is getting on my nerves. I have deleted the app and logged back in but it still doesnt work. and i also snapchatted team snapchat but all i get is that stupid link. Snapchat needs to fix these stupid problems. They need to ACTUALLY reply instead of sending a stupid link. Please fix this....

Videos from story or videos people send me arent playing

My snapchat wasnt working and I uninstalled it. When I tried to log back in, it exited out of snapchat. It happens even when I log into my friends account. Please help. I need my snapchat!!

I give Snapchat a 3 star ratings because when I get off of Snapchat and get back on later in the day I am logged out automatically even when Im connected to WiFi, please fix for better rating thank you

Never have I experienced this type of lag in Snapchat, but as soon as I re-downloaded it, its very slow. Please, fix you application. This even happens on my iPhone 7 Plus as- well. [Currently using a iPhone 6.]

I never write reviews. But one of my favorite parts about Snapchat is face swap. For about a month now, the face swap filter has been missing. (I still have face swap with camera roll) Im not the only one with this problem. I know several people with it missing too- and we cant be the only ones. Ive tried googling the problem to fix it but cant find anything. Ive also deleted the app and reinstalled it- still nothing. Im really surprised no one has written a similar review as this. I really hope you guys can fix this problem soon. PLEASE BRING FACE SWAP BACK

Can I filter out stories about the karjenners. I dont care about their lives and I hate how some stories are 90% about them.

I know you guys want ad revenue and stuff, but some of the crap in discover is just straight up BS, especially the news stuff, ive been trying to actively avoid them and this is not helping

I think snapchat needs a "Send to all streaks" button so we dont have to scroll through selecting one person by one person. It would make snapchat 10000x better!!?

Snapchat pisses me off sometimes. I post to my story sometimes and when I go to look back at the snap its there but I cant view it at all??‍♀️

I have iPhone 6s running on iOS 9.3.3 since I downloaded the update the app does not even run for more than 2 seconds and crashes I am unable to use this app please fix Ps. This is the third update in a row since Ive been having this problem without any fix
