when I click on a video it just shows a picture and when I take a video its just a picture. The app is extremely slow and glitchy. Barely any of my best friend emojis are correct half the time. streaks disappeared without warning but come back the next day. Snapchat opens snapchats on its own. very disappointed in snapchat lately

Its a fun way to talk to your friends and send funny pics and vids, I like the bitmoji and stuff I just wished in group chats you could have squad poses with every in the group chat, it would be cool. As well as a send to streaks button. Because some people, like me, have over 30 streaks and only so many fit at the top, and if someone messages me out of the blue it messes up the order and then every time we have to send streaks we have to scroll down to make sure we didnt miss any. Its not impossible its just annoying and that button would make life so much easier. Just a thought. You guys heard everyones cry for group chats, maybe you will make the button?! ??

Please add an "ignore story." Feature so you dont have to see someones story you do not want to see. And you should make it to where if someone saves a message that you dont want saved then YOU can unsave the message. It happens WAY to often. Please also take into consideration a feature that allows you to put a thing that blocks people from screenshotting your snaps and story. But they can still view.

I have a iPhone 5s and every time I open snapchat it crashes. None of this happened until I updated it. I even tried erasing the app and downloading it again but it didnt work. Please fix this.

Yall need to fix the groupchat, keeps disappearing and messages wont show up until hours after theyve been sent

I love snapchat ! I use it all day , everyday but, I wish we can change our username ! My user name is weird . I wish the can have an update so I can finally have a normal snapchat username . PLEAASEE FIX

I love the app and it is my main way of communication I would say; However, it constantly causes my phone to die. Snapchat needs to fix this bug because I know im not the only one with it but other than that... its amazing!

The app crashes whenever I flip the camera like literally whyyyyy. It worked perfectly fine before the update

Really wish they had a way to have two accounts on one phone like Instagram. It would make it a lot simpler if they could just add their account and you not have to sign out of your own account every time.. Should start thinking about upgrading to that Snapchat.

Since updating to the newest version, not a single video in any of the discover pages will load when I scroll up. Its just a black screen and stays that way

i love this app, but it would be even better if I could change my username. i made my account when i was younger and my username is embarrassing. can you please make an update where we can change are actual usernames? that would be great.

Ive been using snapchat for years now and have seen the countless updates and improvements theyve made to the app. Recently Ive been having problems with the geofilters the app features, as they arent showing up for me (and others) in many areas while they show up fine for someone standing a foot away from me. This was noticeable in the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida; none of the parks filters show up for me or my friend, but theyve all been showing up for my brother! Weve checked our phones and snapchat settings, theyre all the same. Its not a matter with out phones. Its only showing the Orlando geofilters and one for "Bay Lake, Fl". Last I checked, thats not where we are. The geofilter problem comes up at home in Missouri, too, so its not just a localized issue. Just thought I should mention this, because its kind of disappointing to not have the magical geofilters to go with our magical experience in Disney World :(

Hey so I love SNAPSCHAT but something weird keeps happening to the streaks. It keeps showing that Im about to lose a streak or that I lost it but then later that streak is back so i dont know when I lose a streak or not. Fix this please!!!

I changed my display name, but it wont show up! It shows up on my Snapchat when I change it, but when I add new friends, they only see my username, and not the name I set for myself. Im really upset, can you please fix this?? ?
