I loved this app up until it updated yesterday and now there is no audio when I play back my snaps...this is such a bummer. Please fix this. Not impressed. ?

I love snapchat I use it everyday and its sooo fun!! But I hate how your chat history deletes and I want you to fix that!! Like I dont want to have my chats deleted I want it to save my chat history! And the app also glitches sometimes but thats not really a problem for me but its a very fun app so keep up the good work!!:)

Every time I take a video the app will crash... fix it

Snapchat, Can u please add back the face-swap filter You guys are known for it and Im curious as to why u got rid of it but anyways just add it back THANKS PLEASE

im not sure if its just bc i have to many streaks but when i go n send my streaks they dont all send. so i have to send them again.

So I just lost an 85 day streak with my girlfriend and we were keeping up with it, is there anyway you guys can put it back?

This is an amazing App, tons of fun for all ages...

Can there please be a switch in the settings to opt out of the filters that pop up? Its wasting space and crashes the app for me.

I love this app but 1 thing that upsets me is that u cant change ur username unless u create a new one w the update so please add "change username"

When I go to view a Snapchat video that is sent to me, the videos are STILL FROZEN after FOUR updates. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!

Every time I open this app, it literally shuts down my phone. Phone off, no turning it back on no matter if my battery was at 100%. I plug it back in, and it goes right back to the % I was at. Its so crazy. There are waaayyy to many glitches, the app freezes all the time when I am trying to open someones snap. I feel like if they dont fix this, Ill delete it. I wanted to blame it on Apple but now I think its Snapchat. They seriously need to fix this. Now ! I am so frustrated with my phone shutting down all of the time.

Its a really good app but when I try to login to my account it wont let me it says you dont have connection and my wifi is working perfect I used my friends phone and it lets me login but it doesnt let me on my phone

I like it but i think yall should make a group dog filter not just two dogs but more like four or five

Ever since the update, my Snapchat wont load any of my snaps and when I signed out, it wont let me back in! Ive checked and its not my phone or the wifi--its just my Snapchat account. Please help.

Keeps logging me out constantly. Ill get a notification that someone snapped me and when I click it, Im forced to log back into the app. Also wont finish playing snap stories. Takes forever to load snaps (both on data and on wifi).

Every time I update this app, I turn around and 3 seconds later there is another update. Geesh!!!! Still my favorite app though...

Please bring that back

I think snapchat should tell people how many times someone looks their story! And I really wish snapchat would have my geographical for Princeton!!
