I cannot view videos! They are simply frozen! Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing works!

My snaps/stories never play videos anymore. Used to be really good till this happen. Its very annoying. Snapchat needs to update this problem asap.

My phone slows down when Im in the app or when the app is in the recently used apps. This has been bothering me and I dont want my phone slowing down because of one app.

Snapchat is a really cool app but Id like to see a way where you can change your username at least once.

Snapchat is a great app, but it should bring back how you could see other peoples best friends. It is a great way to make new friends, and if someone doesnt want strangers messaging them or seeing their story, they could always change their settings to only friends messaging and viewing their story. Yes, you could just give out your Snapchat name on social media, but theyre are advantages to seeing other peoples best fiends on Snapchat, your boyfriend / girlfriend, could be ignoring you for someone else, cheating on you and more.

This app is great Ive had it since August 2016! For example....u can share photos w/ friends...! U Should get it!

make it so that we can change our usernames because i made mine when i was little and i dont like telling people it because its embarrassing and i think (and my friends) think u would get better ratings if u would allow us to change our @s

You want to see how far weve fallen as a society and as a human race, get this app. This Snap Chat craze only perpetrates childish immaturity, and gross narcissistic tendencies. This app further continues the decline of the modesty in our youth and young adults. With "gym selfies" and various poses, our girls and women become nothing more than common whores and the men their mongers. There are no secrets being left with people anymore, and with the obscenities increasing I dont see a bright future, no matter what idiotic filter you use to look it through.

Love the old snap. Love stories from people I know. Hate the news. Video load times are absurd.

Theres this weird glitch when Im texting someone on Snapchat where after Ive opened the snap and respond and get out of the chat it deletes what Ive said, still shows Ive got the snap and doesnt tell me when the persons responded

I use snapchat on a daily basis. However something tells me that if it werent for their streaks, many users would fade from this app because, quite frankly, its going downhill fast. Dont get me wrong, I absolutely love the idea and uniqueness behind this app. Its brilliant and unlike other forms of social media. But lately its cons have been heavily outweighing its pros. 1- SNAPCHAT OPENS MY SNAPS (OR SAYS THAT I OPENED THEM) IF I LEAVE THEM UNOPENED FOR MORE THAN A FEW HOURS. seriously? not sure if this is a glitch or supposed to happen but maybe I wanted to see those snaps? what if there was something important? 2- THE NEWS IS INCREDIBLY BIASED. not all snapchatters share the same views, so featuring such biased news is very offsetting and even offensive to some users. Every last news source featured leans so far to the left that its very tempting to get rid of snapchat. There are many young snapchat users and they most certainly should have access to news that portrays all sides of the stories rather than only showing them articles that support what some snapchat executive believes. aka 1) get rid of news or 2) get more sources that dont all publish such biased views or 3) make a block feature 3- APP CRASHES FREQUENTLY!!!!!! 4- THE CAMERA BUTTON ONLY WORKS ABOUT 80% OF THE TIME

I love snapchat but it would be nice if we could save videos and photos when you chat with someone

Ive been using snapchat for a couple years but this most recent updates wont recognize that I have opened snapchats and the notifications wont go away. Specifically with the chat.

I love Snapchat dont get me wrong, but for the past week I have not been able to use my flash when its on forward facing camera. Why is this happening? Ive deleted it and re downloaded it. Nothing. It still does the same crap.
