Not Pleased

I use snapchat on a daily basis. However something tells me that if it werent for their streaks, many users would fade from this app because, quite frankly, its going downhill fast. Dont get me wrong, I absolutely love the idea and uniqueness behind this app. Its brilliant and unlike other forms of social media. But lately its cons have been heavily outweighing its pros.
1- SNAPCHAT OPENS MY SNAPS (OR SAYS THAT I OPENED THEM) IF I LEAVE THEM UNOPENED FOR MORE THAN A FEW HOURS. seriously? not sure if this is a glitch or supposed to happen but maybe I wanted to see those snaps? what if there was something important?
2- THE NEWS IS INCREDIBLY BIASED. not all snapchatters share the same views, so featuring such biased news is very offsetting and even offensive to some users. Every last news source featured leans so far to the left that its very tempting to get rid of snapchat. There are many young snapchat users and they most certainly should have access to news that portrays all sides of the stories rather than only showing them articles that support what some snapchat executive believes. aka 1) get rid of news or 2) get more sources that dont all publish such biased views or 3) make a block feature
3- APP CRASHES FREQUENTLY!!!!!!
4- THE CAMERA BUTTON ONLY WORKS ABOUT 80% OF THE TIME
