Ok so its saying my number one best friend is someone I havent talked to for like 5 days now and my actual best friend that I talk to everyday, is my second best friend is SNAP OKkkkkkkk ? Can it Plzz fix the issue? ?

1.) How come you guys took away the option to add captions to videos that you have saved? 2.) Ability to have the music play through headphones while recording and itll pick up in the video.

Great app. Its really come a long way. But honestly, it isnt necessary to expand it so much. We love snapchat for the snaps and filters. Ever since all the extra features (which by the way are mostly unwanted. Looking through the reviews many people are irritated by the biased news. Its definitely not right). But ever since all the extra stuff, it has been extremely glitchy. I used to be able to click on the flash whenever I wanted. The front flash was amazing. Then since the last update, you removed this feature for some reason. I can no longer press flash on my own terms. the option comes and goes. The app is also very glitchy. When I watch stories, it repeats the same snap over and over again, I cant even get to the end of the story bC its stuck on the same snap. I just wish it was a simple app again and then the important features could function properly again.

My microphone works on everything like FaceTime or my normal Camera but it doesnt work on Snapchat it will either sound muffled or there is no sound at all.

Snapchat makes me lose my streaks out of no where Ive very mad at this someone fix this

Can we please have the simplicity back? Its so cluttered with all this stuff I dont use. I miss the timer and friends. And please stop with the sexual content its so tiresome to see it right in your face. Discovery is a no. I dont get why we need it on the stories if theres another separate page of that junk. Why so much sexuality on discovery???? It gets so tiresome always having it in our faces.

Im so sick of Snapchat forcing me to see stories I dont want to see. Everyday I open my app and at the top I have to see headlines of celebrity drama, biased political opinions, and inappropriate stories about what model showed "sideboob" this week. I have tried everything and apparently I cant hide or delete them. I dont understand why we cant delete that whole top part with stories completely. I am ONLY interested in seeing stories from my friends and family. I do not care to see any of this junk Snapchat wants to force me to see.

I use Snapchat daily and its been very successful. Its another way to talk to my friends and having a streak taught me commitment. I do get a glitch or so but that happens on every app. I highly recommend

New features should be added like for streaks you guys should add like a option that shows all your streaks or the person u about to start a streak with to send them Snap!!! Make it happen Please!!!!??? i love this app!!

Im obsessed with snapchat. But I gave it 2 stars because Snapchat just deleted all my conversations and snaps, can you bring them back?

I changed my birthday for a joke and now the app wont let me change my birthday back it makes no sense. This app has stupid quirks that need to be fixed like the birthday thing and people should be allowed to change their usernames.

it was fine but theres been this glitch where half the videos people post are just stills of the beginning of the video with the full audio so thats annoying.. and ive seen the same thing happen on other peoples phones. 5 stars if that was fixed!

You guys really need to take the contacts on the blueish tint filter

I love the app, I just think yall should add the option of tagging someone in a snap story. Itll make it easier for your other followers to add them without typing in their snap name or having to screenshot the snap code.

show the top three best friends on the list again when you tap someones name!!!!
