please fix the best friends emoji issue. The emojis are mixed up

You guys automatically enable two factor verification code, however my Snapchat is 6 years old, Ive had it this whole time and you guys decided one day to make me sign back in. And when I did I needed a verification code. But I dont have that number anymore. And you guys dont do it through email. Its seriously ridiculous. If this doesnt get fixed Im done with Snapchat. Ive had that account for 6 years and dont remember all the usernames of my friends. Some of which Snapchat is our only means of communications.

I use this app all the time and have many streaks but within 30 mins of receiving a snap, sometimes they randomly open?? I could be up to a few hours also...

The discover features are garbage. I tried all day to vote on "The Voice" Snapchat contest only to swipe up to a blank screen. Every. Single. Time. And anytime Ive ever sent someone a screenshot from a discovery "story" aka an article from People, Cosmo, or Buzzfeed, it sends them the entire Discovery story, not just the one shot or one page I wanted them to see. ? Ive had people text me to tell me that they thought my Snapchat was hacked. Snapchat might have been first but Instagram is doing it better.

I wont use Snapchat anymore

snapchat keeps opening my snaps if i dont open them for an hour or two, it gets v annoying, my screen crashes to a black screen , videos record by itself, and lastly, my streaks are ending even though we sent streaks about 3/4 times a day?? needs an update

Please bring back the friends list back.... instead of upgrading you guys are downgrading in every update .this app crashes a lot

None of the videos that I post or my friends post will load. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled it many times an it still wont work!

I love snapchat, it is a good and fun way to interact with your friends and I think I have a way to make it even better, now Im sure Im not the only one to say this but Im sure theres few, I think that maybe yall should give us the option to put in GIFs on our story, I believe it would be a good, maybe even a perfect way to show how were felling or at the moment rather than using emojis a lot maybe a GIF would portray better... I know its a very small chance but Im hoping you guys see this... Just a suggestion???

I want group chats to be able to have streaks.

I updated my snapchat not long ago and I can no longer skip through snaps and it wont let me swipe to stop watching a snapchat story. Not to mention the crashes, constant freezing, and major delays when taking pictures. The only thing keeping me with the app is the fact that my friends use it to send me quick videos. If they would switch to something else, I would probably be deleting this app.

Why because so many people made the user names along time ago and they might want to change it because its so long or they dont like it but yeah you should let us change our usernames ?

still havent been able to view any snapchat stories that are videos for about two weeks now. every time i update this app things get worse. is there someone i can talk to about my snap glitch that will actually help me or what?

I love it! The app has so many good thing to it and the filters are funny but some are useful but it could use a enlarger or a magnifier for where you are "coloring" and en eraser tool would help SO MUCH

so i use snapchat 24/7 but it just started to randomly glitch out!!plz fix the problem!!it gets super annoying
