Let people change their usernames already!!!

When I video tape it doesnt video tape it saw video couldnt take. When I want to call my friend or something it wont let me and the filter wont work Ill rate it 5 stars with you guys fix it thank you

I would get a notification of snap and when I would get to the app I would not load not matter what wifi or if I used my data it would not load and also when I would see the icon of the snap I would tap to view and it goes back to tap to load and it repeats and I cant open the snap!!!!

Sometimes it starts sometimes it crashes halfway through a vid and the sound doesnt play when I record a video. :(

so snapchat just deleted all my memories. my day was already really fricken stressful THEN SNAPCHAT JUST DECIDED TO DELETE EVERYTHING. i am very angered at the moment and if i dont get them back i just might have to kill myself. thanks for nothing.

Cant type anything on a picture from my memories while trying to get it on my story

If u guys have slow phones.. thats none of Snapchat business.. its ur problem ! Buy a new phone or deal with it by uninstalling it :) u r welcome

Lol i have like 15 unviewed snaps because of snapchats fancy new update. It doesnt matter what i do, restart my phone, delete and redownload the app. It still manages to crash once i open. Thanks snapchat.

Snapchat is sooo glitchy lately like the lenses on snap are so glitchy and loading stories is kind of glitchy please fix

Snapchat crash when taking a picture landscape mode. Frozen screen. Glitches phone. Must perform hard reboot to reaccess phone. Using iPhone 6.

Its a fun app but I would like to change my snapchat name and remove captions from previous snaps. If I can do those two things, I just might rate it five-stars. Otherwise, its a great app. Love the filters :)

when I click on a video it just shows a picture and when I take a video its just a picture. The app is extremely slow and glitchy. Barely any of my best friend emojis are correct have the time. Snapchat opens snapchats on its own. very disappointed in snapchat lately

I enjoy using Snapchat but I dont like the fact that I cant delete certain chats. It has been like this for a while and the new update didnt fix this issue. Please fix

Im getting my snaps, but no notifications at all, all of my setting are on, Ive tried turning them off and turning them back on, and Ive also tried redownloading the app twice now, and still no notifications, this needs to be fixed!

My snap is being slow. Like itll tell me someone has started typing yet hasnt opened my chat???
