it will not download onto my iphone 6s again!! i had to delete for a reason and it will not download again! it almost wont take videos sometimes... itll say "could not take video try again later"

Over the course of several years I have been come and go with snap chat. But exactly 32 days ago I re downloaded the app. And I was quite impressed with all the new features. But the thing was is for some reason one of my snap streaks disappeared out of nowhere!!!! And now we have to start over from day 1! I think this unexpectedly for this glitch must be solved at once. And one day, one day. I might go back and bump my review up from 1 star. To 1.5 stars.

I can log in on an older version on my other phone but no matter how many methods I try its not logging me in.

You should have like a save button on the bottom of the screen when you on other peoples snapchats then when you press it it automatically saves either to your photo album or your memories personally.

I love the app, but my username is so cringey. I made it so long ago and I just wish I could change it without making another account. Please give us the ability to change our snapchat usernames in the near future.

About every third ad is for tobacco products. I wish their standards were higher!

PLEASE READ AND CONSIDER: I love this app! But, I wish there was an option where you could stream live on your story like you can on an Instagram story. I mean I like the idea of our story and everything but I think that Snapchat should have an option to stream live from your story and to see other friends stream live on their stories. Also, I think it would be good if Snapchat could notify you whenever a streak with a certain person is almost up I also think the geofilters should be able to flip sideways when you take a landscape photo. Finally I wish there could be an option to record hands free.

i loved snapchat but now i feel like streaks have taken over relationships between people and that they shouldnt be a thing anymore. people truly get offended and hurt when a streak is lost... i just dont understand. PLEASE DELETE THEM PLEASEEE

It suddenly started saying I need to allow camera access and takes me to settings where there is no option with the camera at all?

There are A LOT of things that this company can do to improve this app. What Im really annoyed about is this whole location nonsense. Please dont agree to that, cuz its just a scam to gather personal info. And really can you guys stop replacing pretty filters with these ugly filters NO ONE uses. Ive been asking that for a long time and I dont see the point in creating a hit app, but not wanting to listen to your costumers opinions. Stop creating these useless updates no one really needs and focus on the problems.

every time i open snapchat my iphone 7 restarts..... longest ive ever been on the app was like a minute

Why dont we have a section in Snapchat that we could see all the pictures and video people sends us in message?? Because I wanted to go up to see a picture but it was too Long and I abandoned. I think that it would be better and more useful if we had that. Queenbey5516

This sucks. Everything in the app works perfectly fine (though I dont like the fact that it wont let us change our username -_-) but it isnt in the app that isnt working. Whenever I try to update Snapchat it never lets me and its stuck on the downloading part. And no—this isnt my phones fault. My wifi is connected and I have internet access. So WHY the hell is it not letting me update the app?!

Seriously I cant send snaps, messages, or upload to my story. I cant load anyones stories. This is the second time this week. The app is up to date and so is my phone. Please fix this!! Snapchat is my favorite app but this is ridiculous!!
