I am having terrible service on Snapchat lately and this is my fav app of all time fix the bugs

I literally stopped texting on i message and text on snapchat? like Im checking snapchat 24/7?this app is just amazing......but i wish they could add the new emojis to the emoji list on snapchat? but other then that i love the app??????

Snapchat is a great app for sharing funny, and cool stuff with people. I dislike when I add something to my story, and the new version of snapchat crashes and I loose my most recent posts. Gone. Just completely gone. I also dislike the fact that there is no more best friends. The new feature called "Discover" is lame. Nobody goes on snapchat to watch the news, or check up on Comedy Central. At least there is one cool feature, where you can point your camera at somebodys ghost to add them. I mean thats great for when you rarely add people near you I guess. Snapchat is snapchat, and thats all it should be. Dont try too hard.

I cant send any messages in the chat. But I can still receive them. I can still send out pictures as well as receive pictures. My only problem is the messaging

Snapchats kinda getting on my nerves it wont let me send any of my messages ? snapchat you need to fix your stuff and fix it fast

Sooooo its like 3 in the morning and my messages arent sending I need to do streaks in the morning every time yall have a update this happens like yall doing a update should not have a effect on my messages etc going through

My snap stories wont load. It keeps saying I dont have connection but my other social media works ! It didnt start doing this until I upgraded it. Yall need to get it together

I can send snaps but i cant send any typed messages. And it literally started doing that an hour ago. I already re-downloaded it so i dont wanna hear that either

Its not my internet, Ive tried every trick in the book to get my Snapchat to work. I can post on my story, but I cant send snaps to friends and is so frustrating. Please fix this :(

Ever since I updated the app 2 days ago at times it just wont load or send my snapchats. Very annoying

I text my friends a lot on this app and now after I got this update I cant even send one, you need to fix this now because its actually making me mad at this point, I have already uninstalled the app twice with no improvement. You need to fix this now

It wont let me send messages...but people can send them to me...Ive had it too long for it to be messing up like this?

I honestly love snapchat so much and use it all day everyday. Im honestly just super upset because it keeps saying no connection. Ive reset my network connection, logged in and out, deleted the app, restarted my phone and even turned my data off and on. Absolutely nothing is working and I hate it.???

This is the most annoying part of Snapchat, I love the app and now my daughter is begging for it, I wish I could let her have it, but the discover tab doesnt have an off switch and come on, those things are highly inappropriate! Snapchat, please put an on and off switch!! Your letting many teens down by this!! ?

Nothing is working, this just started three hours ago. The snaps I receive wont load and neither will the stories load. When I did try to send someone something or load a picture or story it loads for a few seconds then it just says "failed to send." I tried uninstalling the app and then installing it again, I tried logging out multiple times, I tried restarting my phone. Nothing is working. And its not just me.

Hey Snapchat, love you guys and your app, just a heads up! Recently sometimes a friend will read my message or open my Snap but it will continue to show it as unread. Just lettin yall know:) thanks for the wonderful app:)

This update is so slow. My phone takes forever to load the app and it takes a solid 9-10 swipes to swipe tool at stories or open a snap. And it takes forever to take a picture. Please fix soon!

Literally never had a problem with Snapchat but lately there have been so many glitches like right now its not allowing me too send any chats and its VERY irritating

Why cant you guys have an app that runs smoothly? There are so many bugs and issues its ridiculous. You guys have a major application with millions of downloads there should not be this many problems. p.s. Listen to your customers!!!

Im having severe problems with my snap chat. I go to check my stories and they wont load. I try to send a snap chat and it wont sent. Ive updated the app and even deleted it and re downloaded it and it still doesnt work. Ive also tried to turn my phone off and turn it on again. Snapchat still doesnt work.
