I can only call or video call when connected to wifi. I have unlimited high speed data so this doesnt make sense. Please FIX

This app has had plenty of bumps in the road but, they appear to be somewhat recovering, loving the app and Im liking how they arent chalk full of political trash talking

I love Snapchat. Its super fun with filters and talking to your friends. The only problem I have with it is that the filters someone may like go away quickly. I think there should be a way to save them. Idk if there already is or something that i just dont know about (Im not good with technology). But yeah thats my suggestion thingy. :)

Well sometimes I try to taken pics and I need 2 hands for it... there should be a button so you do need hands like on musically, but other than that I love it!

My sound when I take videos for some reason stays muted and I have tried literally everything to get it back on. It was fine until the past update, please fix.

It sometimes doesnt give me stories until like an hour later and I have a friend and it wont even let me see his and he didnt block me

I would really appreciate it if you would let us switch our usernames because some people do not like theyre username that they made years ago and are embarrassed by them so I hope in a new update that u would let us change our username s thanks!

Im always loosing streaks even when I snap them I will loose it. The streak numbers never show up. I always get logged off... and the camera gets stuck....can u guys please fix this especially the streaks!!!!

POS. Bring back the regular swipe down. Nobody cares about about other random peoples snaps or stories. I hate having to tap my icon to get to my profile and settings. The whole discovery thing is bs nobody cares about. F*** buzzfeed especially. Screw this.

I love the app it is sooooooo much easier to talk to my friend and you can call text snap and FaceTime then I dont have to wast sooooooooo much data because it is so fast it works on the go and you can see what your friends are doing with the new map sooo I think if you do not have this app you are dumb

My keyboard opens up sometimes and blocks half of the snap Im opening. Really annoying because I have to replay it and hope it doesnt happen again that time.

The filters used to be clever and fun. Now There are basically just have several options for animal ears. It feels like basic chicks on Halloween where everyone is a bunny or a kitty cat. Come on...Its so incredibly boring.

I love Snapchat so much because it is fun, informational and great for communication. It is fun to post pretty photos of food. Also, my parents told me I couldnt get it but once they found out it is basically private, they let me! Id say it is my favorite social media! I totally recommend downloading it.?

could yall make a setting for notifications where you can receive notifications from certain people?

I love Snapchat, but I think it can use a tip. I have a snap streak, and it is a pain to tap over 50 times to send my streaks. Instead of doing this, you can make an option to select all of the people with something before their name. For example: if all of your streaks have an "X" in front of their name then you hit the option that says something like " select with "x" in front so you wouldnt have to tap all of them.
