it makes my streaks glitch and shows that i always have timers when i dont. it doesnt have the same features/filters as others that i know. And the filters are pointless.

In the discover section, it would be really nice to be able to hide some of the stories that are in the app, because they are totally unnecessary. I really only want to read the actual news articles. I dont need half-nude pictures of the kardashians and other celebrities. Please create a feature to completely hide, not just subscribe, for stories.

I love this app very much, but it has been glitch I got a lot. It says my streaks are gone but theyre not. I would appreciate it if you fixed that

Today is my birthday and Im very disappointed in Snapchat. For some reason, Snapchat keeps turning off the cake emoji by my name. Now no one knows its my birthday...I know its pretty sad. Ive tried everything such as refresh the app, and deleting it then reinstalling at.

Ever since I got update 10.14.1.0, Snapchat has been freezing while Im editing photos, either until I close the app and reopen it, losing my edited photo, or until it closes itself. Getting reallllyyyy annoying so please fix this bug, its never done this. (iPhone SE)

we really need a chance password button because half of us made our snapchats when we were like in 5th grade or so and they really embarrassing so like plz make one so we could change it PLZ , Thank you Snapchat

I love Snapchat, but I think you should be able to change your username when you want to. Personally I want to be able to change my username even after I have had the app and have already chosen a username.

So recently my Snapchat has been acting up pretty badly its saying I have an hour glass next to the streaks that are okay and im not losing and then with the streaks I am losing it doesnt put an hour glass. Also it keeps taking away my streaks and sAying I lost a streak when I really didnt do the number disappears and it only shows an emoji like we lost it. Im really getting fed up with it so please fix it

The stories take too long to load, and sometimes they dont even load! Sometimes they just skip for no reason. Also, they need to add a thing on there where you can save peoples videos to your phone if you choose to and add a button where you can remove certain people from the group chat. Dont get me wrong though, I love snapchat but there are some stuff that needs to be improved. The filters are really fun! Maybe even consider bringing back EVERY Snapchat filter.

I love this app. What I would really love more is having more friend emojis. For example, #1 best friend for 4 months. You know what I mean. Other than that, great job. Im inlove with this app. ❤️

I love the Snapchat its a fun way to message your friends, but I wish I could do more. For example, I love the filters, but I hate when my favorite ones disappear. I think there should be a way you can save your favorite filters so you can use them over and over again. This factor is what makes other filter apps stand out. You can save whichever you want so you can use them.

Once I got snapchat it started messing up my battery life badly. It would drain my battery so bad instantly. Then I would try to charge it and it would look like my device needed to be charged because it was showing red battery then the instantly I would charge it would be 50% "charged" the instant it I plugged it in. And now even if charging it my iPod wont turn on. It completely dead and I know its not my charger having the issues!!!

Ive been trying to save all of my memories to my camera roll, and wanted to know if clearing the memories cache meant that all memories went to my camera roll but the snapchat support doesnt seem to answer my question.

When you swipe left to all the people you Snapchat, add a feature were you can select multiple people and send them the same snap. I feel that would be more convenient instead of sending them individually, or taking the snap first and then forgetting who you were going to send it to.
