There should be a mentions tab or the ability to tag your friends in a snap on your story so if you want a specific person to see your snap you can mention them.

After the last update, I can no longer get the app to open. ?

It would be really useful and helpful if you added a "Change username" option, instead of creating another acc and starting over??. Please add the "Change Username" option?. Thank you☺️.

Dude its freakin Snapchat. Everyone uses this and I have been for years. Just bring back "best friends" again!!!!

I love this app it is very good it tells you what your friends are always up too on their story it is super amazing I love the filters but the articles are inappropriate plz fix that

am i the only one whos videos keep cutting off? like if im supposed to be able to record up to 6 snap videos at once, why are my videos getting cut off in the middle of the second video? its highly irritating.

Cant log in for two weeks connection

add something where we can choose whos stories we want on our story line instead of everyones popping up. just like we can choose who views our stories but why cant we choose which ones to block without blocking the actual person. (:

I think I found a ghost, first I was using the filters and it was like someone was behind me. I started to look for something on the filter without having any one in it and I got a picture of the filter working with no one there. I could also see someones eye in it, not part of the filter.

chats are cutting off mid sentence. keyboard pops up while trying to view photo snap

Streaks are very glitchy and disappear then reappear and now messages in the chat section keep disappearing even when saved or cutting off

You know... for such a popular app its going down hill really fast. And I can tell you the problem right now. YOU ARE NOT LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OPINIONS. I dont think anyone here is 100% satisfied with this app. We all have problems but nobodys changing anything. My problem is the filters. I love snapchat because of all the cool pretty filters, but now it seems more like an advertisement app. You guys replaced my favourite filters with these pepsi KFC (etc...) filters. Stop creating these useless updates NO ONE needs and focus on the problems.

Constantly I get two notifications whenever someone sends me a message. I dont care if someone is typing when Im not actively on the chat. Please give the option to disable that person typing notification.

the best friend emojis arent always accurate. instead of it being where if you have someone on your best friends list and youre on theres it has the emoji, you have the emoji if youve ever been on there best friends list. the group chats too are so glitchy. im in a group chat with around 15 girls and sometimes i dont check it for a day or so and when i check it i have all of these snaps and some texts. after im done looking through it all and i go to respond, it will either crash or make me refresh the page - and then i have to go through all of the snaps all over again!! ive had to sit through at least 200 seconds of a group chat 3 times. also, put back the names at the top of snapchats when youre opening snaps in the snapchat gc. for the map - make it be where you can block people from seeing you - no one wants to go through and select who they want to see there location. also, for the explore page - if you send a part of the article to a friend or a gc make it where the other person can press it and hold down or something and you go directly to the article. despite my constant annoyance with the app, im never gonna stop using it.

now you cant send long videos from your camera roll to your snap u can only do 10 second videos an im mad i wanted to send longer videos and i cant now Please FIX THIS!!!?? it also PUTS THE VIDEOS OUT OF ORDER omfg??‍♀️ FIX IT ASAP??

As of about 3 weeks ago I have had a glitch that makes it look like Im about to lose a streak (the hourglass pops up) or it shows that I lost the streak even though a day or 2 later itll pop back up.

I feel like you guys should make a feature to automatically save the chats. Its pretty annoying that I have to hold the texts to save them.
