Takes up a lot of space on my phone,There must be a way to reduce that. also unopened snaps are being opened on their own if left unopened for too long. keeps crashing & glitching.

Will these sh*t developers EVER fix how long the camera takes to load? Dont they have a large budget to get things done? If you want to capture a precious moment, ALWAYS use your REAL camera app first. It loads right away and catches the moment UNLIKE SNAPCHAT. Dont intend to catch ANYTHING with this crap camera version that keeps getting worse. Youd better hope your subjects can hold still as long as they did for the old timey cameras in the early 1900s. For how much this app makes youd think they could fix this bug after how long now. Pretty sad.

I moved some videos to my eyes only and I checked on it very slow , takes forever loading , I want to download the Pictures but I cant its loading still ...

Snapchat makes my phone crash and not only that it drains my battery quickly

Its a fun app, the only down side is they push a political agenda on the advertising side, nothing is neutral. I feel like Im supporting a bunch of safe space spoiled college kids.

When posting to my story my videos/pictures post with really low quality which has never happened before. (I have an iPhone 7)

I mean seven is a decently sufficient number, but it would be nice if we had the settings to make the count higher. Great App though..

Been using it for two years or so and never lagged and was fully useful its security is the best feature

Sometimes the app crash my IOS

Almost every time I try to see a snap from my friends my phone shuts down and I cant use the app. Also, the app isnt recognizing my (or other peoples) face so I cant use lenses, but even if it recognized, I couldnt use it anyway because the lenses dont load.

my iphone 6 just shuts down whenever i open the app, can you fix it or nah?

Snapchat started crashing two or three updates ago forcing my iPhone 6 to respring. When this occurs it seems like Snapchat is trying to access the camera (for the main app landing screen). But it doesnt succeed doing so, instead the iPhone resprings... I dont have to re-enter my sim-pin or anything, so it doesnt seem to be a real reboot. Also there are heaving battery drops occurring while using Snapchat- obviously in the times the main screen is able to load the camera. My battery drops 20% in 2 seconds. Get it together please!!

So I accidentally put in the wrong year when I was changing my birthday on it cause some how it had the wrong birthday and then it locked my account, I cant get back in, I had to do this thing, and Im really mad about it, I would like to be able to go into Snapchat. Im so mad about this, how long until I get my account back!
