I can see a msg come through, but when I open SnapChat is closes immediately.

For some reason my streaks are just breaking for no reason like my friends and I are do our normal streaks and then snapchat just puts an hour glass in front of it ??‍♀️

I use this to keep in touch with my friends that live on the other side of the world. I love seeing what my friends are up to and being able to show people photos. Photography is something I love and Snapchat allows me to share my passion with world

When I try to open my snapchat app it opens and automatically shuts me out after 3 seconds of loading!

My snap is crashing and freezing and barely working. Its starting to get really annoying. Please fix this problem.

Ok, so I have had snap chat for a long time now and this has never happened. Every time I go onto snap chat it takes a whike for my snaps and stories to load. Once it does my screen turns block and kicks me back to my home screen, please help!

The update to fix bugs and improvements broke it... every time I open it immediately crashes and closes! Fix please!!!

I love snapchat so much. It makes it easy to connect with my friends where texting and calling fails

Just did the update last night and the app no longer works for me at all.

So I had a really long steak with mah bestie and YOU DESTROYED OUR STREAK AND WE DIDNT DESERVE IT!! We followed your stupid rules and snapchatted every single day and there was absolutely no reason for this to happen!!! Please make an update where people dont lose their streaks for no freaking reason Update: here we are over a year later and it happened again...

Immediately after I open the app and the notification for new stories pops up the screen goes black and kicks me from the app please fix as this is my only way to talk to half my friends.

Whenever I go on Snapchat it immediately crashes so I cant keep up my streaks please fix soon

Everythings good, but almost everyday I have to log out and log back in because there are lost streaks and hourglasses that shouldnt be there.
