So I updated my snapchat the other night and when I woke up my phone wouldnt let me open the app. I restarted my phone and deleted and downloaded the app several times. Im able to log in on my friends phone just not mine. So when there seems to be no more hope I looked online and described my problem. Its sounds like many people are having the exact problem.

My app only stays open for 3 sec. it keeps kicking me out. I shut off my phone twice now. Still no luck. :(

Love the app but there are a lot of glitches. My best friend emojis and #1 friend emojis, etc are all messed up and have been for a while now. There are sometimes camera glitches but its easy to leave the app and re-enter and its fine.

I can honestly say that I couldnt care less about the latest update except for the fact that it wont let me open the app. Fix asap.

Ever since the new update I cant even open Snapchat! All it does is crash.

Could you please add mute feature for groups, like 8 hours, 1 week and 1 year. Its pretty annoying when theres group members in different time zones

So much updates & keeps on saying improve bug fixes but it keeps on getting worst after Each update.

Everytime i go into the app snapchat it crashes and wont let me on to my account. I tried everything that I read online but it still crashes. Fix this update please because I cant use snapchat.

Everytime I go to use the app, it crashes as soon as I open it. Please fix. I use this app a lot, and not being able to use it is frustrating.

the update is alright i guess its just that it took up most of my storage and i really dont like that, i mean i love snapchat but id just appreciate it if your app would stop taking up half of my storage and stop updating the app so much, just please keep it the same way it was. Another thing, i dont like how your app drains my battery life, its really messed up my batter life now. Every time i get off the app my battery percentage starts going down

Love the group chats but every time I open the app it glitches and then it just closes out and then I cant see my friends stories or look at the snaps they send me please fix this I love this app. WILL CHANGE TO 5 STAR WHEN FIXED

Ive had Snapchat for 4 months now,and I absolutely love it! Not only do I get the cutest filters ever,but u also get fun challenges,trophies,streaks,and group chats. I really recommend this

Theres always an hourglass on my streaks even when both parties have send something or some streaks disappear then come back. Also when adding new friends it doesnt make them your official friend, theyll pop up as other snapchatters.

When I go to open snapchat it loads to the camera and kicks me out

My app used to never crash and now its crashing before I can even send out a snap.

Its one of my favorite apps to be on I spend hours a day in it I tried to open it this morning several times but it keeps crashing.

I deleted it but now I cant download it wtf? I have streaks!!!

Love this app but Id love it even more if there was a live option!!

Every time I open the snapchat app it glitches and wont let me see anything.

I had this one streak that was around 40 and weve snapped one another back within 24 HOURS and next thing you know, our streak was gone. Smh.
