I like it, but there should be an option to choose streaks and change your user. Cause some people wanna change their users and others have manyyyyyy streaks and it would be easy to click a streak button.

It worked good in the beginning and when I have updated it starts now it glitch a lot

I used to be able to upload longer videos and snapchat would automatically cut them down into multiple snaps. Why was this feature disabled?!

I have been getting hacked by my ex several times on Snapchat. Its harassment and annoying! Ive used the verification codes and she still got logged in! Its crazy because when she hacks it I logout of my own. This is bs and something needs to be done!!

Snapchat has absolutely no regard for its users, nor does it have any interest in solving issues. I had to change my phone number a number of months ago. They use an archaic method of 2 factor authentication and claim they cannot restore your account if you lose your phone or get a new number. How is this possible in 2017?!? Even though I made all changes according to their instructions, making my new number known in the system- when I recently got a new phone I tried to login and it had my OLD PHONE NUMBER ! This means.. according to them I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?!?! I am absolutely disgusted - I have friends and family in military who ONLY have that username of mine.. AND I could only talk to them via that format of communication. This means now, I cannot talk to them at all.. and they may be sending me messages but I wouldnt know because Snapchat refuses to help even though I did nothing wrong! Snapchat is a disgusting excuse for a company that needs to bring itself into the 21st century. Dont offer 2 factor if you cant help people when your system screws up!

So. I love snapchat. Lets just say that. However. There are some undesirable features. For starters. When my mutual best friend or best friends change. It wont update next to the streak number. Besides that and a faulty memory system. Its fine.

Its my favorite app. Its used in many different ways and so many others cant enjoy it because they arent allowed to own the app.

Ever since the 10.3.3 update on the IOS, my sound hasnt worked when taking videos. Im hoping for a Snapchat update soon. Id rather not reinstall and lose all my saved chats.

I believe its fair for preteens should also be able to put their real age because mostly its teens and children using it but they are not honest with their age so it would be fair since they are almost teens like come on.

Its better than instagram.

So Ive been useing snap for a bit and all the sudden its logging me out of no where and crashing when I try to log in its very irritating 0stars

Would be cooler if there were more than just one notification sound.

When is the new update going to come out? Pls pls pls u need to make a section where u can only make it easy for streakers. Make a section where u can only add ppl who u are doing streaks with. Please make this the new update. I will be very happy if this takes effect.

Im now having issues with the front facing flash since Ive updated the app. Is there anything you guys can do for that ??

When you turn your phone the landscape way and try to press send, it hits the timer....???? ANNOYING

Worst app ever whenever I type it writes backwards and whenever I snap it makes me ugly??????????????????????
