App keeps closing right after I open it. I just updated it, too. Im so annoyed please fix this immediately

so idk if it was before or after i updated snapchat theres a second app on my phone with the snapchat logo and its names phone? apparently nobody else that i know has it and a few minutes ago the name went away and its just an app that looks like snapchat. i can move it around but i cant delete it or go on it? whaa

I cant open the app at all and Ive turned my phone off multiply times restarted it redownloaded the app and nothing works. Terrible update

Omg!!! I updated my sc and now it wont let me go in. It kicks me out??

My Snapchat doesnt even let me get in anymore, it just blinks in and out: The update is the problem as when I didnt update it was fine.

Please undo the last update in which swiping down on the home screen brings up a news section. This is garbage, as EVERYBODY has gotten used to this as being the way to view your bitmoji, friends, etc

Snapchat is a great app in all but it can give me problems at times

I love using snapchat its my favorite app, but with the new update the app shuts down immediately after opening the app. I have refreshed my phone and uninstalled the app and installed it again but it still wont let me use it... please fix it ?

App is currently crashing. I have tried closing the app, and restarting my phone... still no luck So that little hourglass that should appear before you lose a streak.. I never see it. I dont want my streak back but I want to see that hourglass!!! If it does appear then its like 2 hours before its gone... not enough time... believe it or not I dont spend my entire day on snapchat, so having a little bit more of a warning would be nice! ? I was looking to share a 7 second video with one of my group chats and realized the video wasnt there.... it wont show up on snapchat for some reason. Which is especially weird when the video originally came from snapchat and then was saved to my phone.... Love the group chats though! Great new feature!

I use it all the time, but when I just updated it to the most recent update, every time I try to even open the app, it kicks me off so I had to delete it and re download it to see if that fixes the problem.

Since I downloaded the update in February 28th I lost all of my filters. Its March 3rd now, how is this still not fixed? Get it together Snapchat. Bring back the pig filter!!!!

Since my last complaint on the filters issue Ive noticed that there arent many advertisement filters and more pretty/ cute ones. Well I dont know if thats a coincidence or that happened based on my review. I hope that this change is permanent. I really dont like my favourite filters getting replaced with "bad" ones. I hope that you will continue listening to your other users opinions to make everyone happy! Thank you! Great app by the way!

can we seriously change our usernames. everyone made it while they were in middle school and now some is are graduating with a Snapchat name thats like carlover123 or prettygurl_ seriously help.

Please make it so that we can send gifs the same way that we would send a photo from our gallery
