The app keeps crashing on me after logging in my information.. Ive deleted and reinstalled 3 times and restarted my phone 2 times.. nothing seems to fix it. Please figure this out!

I never got much of a chance to enjoy snapcode selfies. I deleted my snapcode selfie because I wanted to change it and now its too late. I dont understand why you guys are making us use bitmojis. I wish you guys let us change our usernames. Thanks to you I had to create a new account. I had decent 50 day streaks!!! And this timer thing...why is it gone? Its so useful! This is all why instagram is better!

I hate having to tap all the buttons on your friends list, it would be way easier if all the boxes were checked off if you tap the button and it sends to everyone. You would also get more followers, they would see it and add you.

I love snapchat. And I love that you can change you and your friends names. But what about usernames? I made my snapchat account when I was 13. And I think we all know how embarrassing 13 year old usernames are. While Im at the point where I want to just make a new snapchat, so I can get a new username, I have some serious streaks (445 days is my longest one at the moment). Yall should make it possible to change not only your name (cuz like, its really cool that we can do that), but your username as well.

App wont successfully launch after receiving the update. I even completely shut off the phone and restarted but received same behavior.

I used to love Snapchat, and I updated it last night. I tried going into it and it just kept going back to the home screen. I deleted it, I turned off my phone, and I deleted Snapchat while turning off my phone. ?

I tried to open the app and it just goes to a black screen and then exits out. Im going to lose my streaks at this point.

I tried to use the filters and it wont let me and crashes a lot

So snapchat updated yesterday and ever since then, whenever I try to get on the app itll crash. Its been doing this since yesterday. Ive tried re downloading it and turning my phone off and on and it is still not working. PLEASE FIX I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY STREAKS

Put the pink flower filter back ???

You cant use ANY filters for some reason without turning on your location. Id understand not being able to tell the time, or being able to say what city youre from but I cant use a black and white filter without you wanting to invade my privacy? Its ridiculous one star.

I ❤️ snap but I updated it a while ago to record for more than 10 secs but after about a day it stopped working and now it wont record for more than 19 secs. I just updated it again and its STILL not working!

This morning I went to send my snap streaks and when I tried to open the app it immediately kicked me out. I tried to delete the app then log back in but as soon as I finished my login it kicked me out again. Please fix this so I dont lose my streaks

everytime i open the app it crashes. ive deleted it and reinstalled it at least 4 times and it lets me log in but as soon as the camera opens it crashes again. i have streaks to keep and im stressin so can you please fix this thanks so much

Since I installed this update this morning the videos take literally an hour to send to people. Everything was fine until this.

I dont get the ability to record longer than 10 seconds but my friends with iPhone 5s have the ability. Send an update please.
