Ever since I got the new update, my app has not been working like It normally does. 1.) will not let me view videos from friends. I tried everything, turned off my phone, checked connection, and even refreshed app. Nothing works! 2.) wont let me view half of the vids/pics on my story. It says the picture/vid is there, but when I click it nothing happens. Really wanted to save the pic/vid, but was unable too. Also, only 1/4 of my friends were able to view it. 3.) more battery usage. Ill go on the app for maybe 5 minutes, opening snaps and my battery will go down by 60%. Sometimes it will even make my app crash or phone shut down. Really sick of all of this. Going to delete the app if it doesnt get fixed. Please, fix the problem. I love this app.

Why can people that added me see my story if I didnt add them back? I didnt add them for a reason and some of them are people I dont know. I dont want them to be able to view my story. Please fix this it doesnt make any sense. It started happening today and it showed them in the other snap chatters category.

It tells other people that I leave them on read but then on my phone it shows delivered... people ask me why I leave them on read all the time when I dont because I never leave anyone on read

Snapchat is opening some chats that I dont want to open. I left them unopened for a reason. And it opens some Snapchat videos from my friends also. I dont really like how it opens chat without notifying me or something. I should be the one to open them or not.

I love Snapchat. But since I have updated it to the most recent update, anytime I close out the app it logs me out and I have to log back it. ITS SOOOOOOO ANYOYING!

fix the part where when I delete someone and they delete me, they are taken off of "added me" list

App is having problems with iPhone 7 it logs you out constantly. Cant send snaps because while you are writing or taking a picture the app logs you out. The problem needs to be fixed please.

i use snapchat on a daily basis but it is starting to get buggy. It says I am about to lose a streak (showing a timer) and then I really am not. I hope they take this into consideration...

Snapchat has been crashing my phone and rebooting it. fix the app. I deleted it from my phone!

Can we please be able to change our usernames? Personally, I dont like my username, and I feel like a lot of people dont like theirs. So, in the future can we be able to change ours. ?

Why not put a mention I like on snap pictures

It keeps glitching and taking me out of the app, please update and fix this problem

When even my battery rate was %42, snapchat made my phone off! I dont wanna use this app anymore!

When people send me a video, when I send a video, theres a video on someones story/my story, and even the discovery section I noticed that the video will not play and it will just stay paused on the first frame of the video for however long the video is suppose to play for. Please fix in next update!

Every time I try to use group snap chats its incredibly glitchy and when I go to check my other snaps the app constantly crashes or freezes

Why you gotta glitch and take away my streaks? Not cool dude. We were consistent and the app was less so.

The app is great but it crashes and it brings me back to my home screen. Snapchat should definitely fix this asap!!??

I am just going to cut to the chase. When I get a notification from SnapChat and I open it. It would open up, but it would log me out. Another problem I have is the storage it takes up, and how it heats my iPhone quickly.

I like Snapchat, its just that you cant change your username. Maybe you thought your username name was cool before, but now you think its childish. I just really wish I could change my username.
