The app is good overall but when calling someone you should improve it so you can go to other chats without the call ending

The snapchat app keep freezing an the videos are not loading when u tap on they names update the app correctly this time

The app is great but please work on it to conserve energy and make snapping longer for snappers and not drain the power from your device.

It keeps logging me out every 5 minutes and its getting so annoying. It doesnt seem to be happening to anyone else. Fix please.

The new update you sent out on march 15th 2017 has completely messed my snapchat up. I cant use the filters when I send videos the audio is not on them. I have deleted the app reinstalled it logged out and logged back it and still nothing!!

Honestly, idk where to start!!! For all the people that gave it under four stars thats just contradicting.....THE WORLD!! Ok maybe Im exaggerating but its not my fault!!! Snapchat is "lit" as me and my friends like to say it never crashed ( except one time) but other than that it is absolutely spectacular x) luv luv luv the filters so realistic super amazing and the fact that U can make stories and feel confident when takin a selfie like no matter how ugly I look and Im not saying anyone looks ugly but if u dont feel confident when posting pics of u there is no way youll look bad!!! Every YouTube has Snapchat everybody in my school has Snapchat everybody in the WORLD HAS SNAPCHAT!!!$

I lost my streak for no reason we sent it back to each other every day therefore we shouldnt have lost our streak so gfy I love snapchat its amazing and yeah?

Its a fine app allows easy sharing. But jeez every other day some sort of update. Just leave it alone for a while dang.

i like to have the flashlight on while watching stories if its dark and im walking around...i have to restart the app EVERY TIME in order for flashlight to work while watching stories... it wasnt like this before.

When I want to save a picture that I just took I hate going to memories to save it to my camera roll, please add a feature where you can have both options, to save it onto you camera roll or your memories

This is a great app to use with friends and family. It has worked fine except for one experience that I had. I had like a 40 day streak going with one of my friends and it just deleted it. I dont know why, because we had it the day before and we talked the day that it got deleted. Great app but it doesnt get five stars because of this one experience. Ps if you want to keep streaks, talk with them constantly so this doesnt happen with you

This app is quite related to Instagram, but you get to actually take a FUNNY picture instead of a NORMAL picture. ??????

I would like to have the option of hiding the best friends...like I dont want to have this quick chat with the person I chat with the most...I would prefer if I have the option of deleting this and it would not show whom are my frequent friends that I chat with
