I updated my app and now all of a sudden my feed wont load and I cant watch peoples snaps. Whats the point of updating when you only make it worse ?

My Snapchat is broken. When I have stories to open from friends that are videos, they freeze and dont play at all. But this only happens for every other video if they are back to back. Otherwise all freeze every time. It also happens when I receive snaps from friends that are videos. It just shows a frozen picture but I know its a video. I want to watch videos that my friends put on their stories and videos that my friends send me. Get it fixed ASAP

when cant you just msg us or email us if we forget our eyes only password if you could do that you would have the 5 stars you deserve ;)

If we Shazam from snapchat, we should be able to put the song were listening to as a filter or as some type of little thing on the screen. That would be so fun!

When I was entering my date if birth I accidentally hit the wrong button and it says I am too young I tried getting my account back but it wont work!!!

For streaks you should ask users if they want to get a notification or not. You should let people know how much time they have left with a streak. Or let us know when we have a hourglass left. Like a little alert. Im sure everyone would like that. Please consider it.

I love this app but I would like it even more if they made it easier to access another account because I have two accounts and I have to log all the way out to access the other one. Please fix

I dont know if it was the new update or what, but Snapchat- I kid you not- uninstalled itself, and now refuses to download back on my device. Its really aggravating, as I still get notifications from the app, but its not even on my device! I will change the review once I get back, but for now, Im only giving it two stars for the inconvenience.

So i backed up my memories and now i cant access them they wont load this needs to be looked into

Been using Snapchat a lot less due to the UI constantly getting updated, Even if it is a small patch its still leading to more of my battery being eaten up by this simple application. Start optimizing the app and start caring about your consumers. Also the "Live Stories" is not entertaining what so ever, Either make an option to hide it or remove it entirely. Very disappointed with how far this App has gone downhill.

When are you going to give the app icon a facelift? Its in dire need of an upgrade... one of the most visually unappealing icons out there.

I wish there was a way to save other peoples video snaps, stories or when the send videos through chat I want to be able to save it to my phone

Bring back the filters everyone loves! None of these ugly ones!

It would be really cool if there was a feature where you can tag your friends in pictures and videos you send to people/put on your story. This would make adding new friends super easy and it would help publicize new accounts quicker. Everything else is fine about the app, I love it.

Im not getting notifications till I updated the on March 20th update! Please guys fix this

its a good app but I wish i didnt have to scroll down everytime I send a snap, its really annoying, specially when you have a lot of snaps.

Snapchat has deleted an over 100 day streak TWICE now with no timer involved. There wasnt a timer. So explain this. Also Snapchat on the camera screen has been freezing into a black screen with multicolored lines that wouldnt go away and would take me off the app. Snapchat should also make a notification that tells you that you and another snap chatter has a timer.
