i really love snapchat and youve used it for a very long time. i think its by far the app that is sweeping the nation lol:) you guys have had many updates like the facetime and calling update. the facetime and calling is very useful but i think people should be able to roam the app while they are in a call with someone. just a suggestion! thank you for listening.

The app crashes way too many times and it just freezes. Ive restarted the app, restarted my phone, re installed the app. And its all the same thing. Its slow and it freezes or crashes all together. Fix it.

Um, can yall bring back the pink flower filter and stop giving us all these ugly filters ?

Big update needed. I do not get badge notifications on the app.

They need a button that allows us to erase the messages that dont delete by itself really awkward and annoying

My sound on my Snapchat wont work. Ive deleted it and re downloaded it. Ive done everything I can think of and my sound wont work?!? I have an iPhone 7+ so I know it isnt my phone. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS

I love this app but THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY I get the notification on the lock screen but went I log into my phone Snapchat doesnt have the red notification bubble this has been going on for about a week. Please fix this!! Thank you:)

Its awesome! I wish that you could add filters to dogs/animals and already taken pictures too. ?

This is an amazing app that I use all the time but some filters cause the app to crash. Also, once you pick your username, you cant change it. I wish I could change my username and that it wouldnt crash when I use some filters. And now some streaks get lost for no reason even if youve been snapping each other. Other than that, this is a great app for talking to your friends and meeting new friends.

I know there are a lot of show choir peeps out there that use Snapchat and all we want is a story for Show Choir Saturday competitions that everyone can see

When I send a snap to someone. It says Im left on delivered after theyve opened it.

Its refusing to let me do anything and keeps shutting of my camera then locking me out of the app???

okay so I hate that I cant download snapchat on my iPhone 4. I have iOS 7 and I cant download it. Ive had to downgrade on phones because I broke my phone. HELP!!!!

Animated stickers will make your snap look a lot more alive and fun! As of now everything is practically still, but adding something that moves could up the game and make it more interesting.

it wpuld be greatif all the snapchat filters were in the app i know theres alot of them but still there could be like categories like animals, faces, and stuff like that i miss the old filters ANNND there should be a feature that u can have streaks with your groupchats that would be very cool

I updated to the latest version which added the feature of multiple snaps. It worked for a day but now it only records for 10 seconds again. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it still wont work.

I love this app so much, and its the best thing ever created, the filters are great, the chatting is great! Overall its just great!...but the bad part, Im really upset because me and my best friend had a streak going and it was 85 day streak we were trying to get 100, but I opened my app and it erased it! We both sent our streaks that day too! It erased all my streaks but one, and Im really upset, I mean like it is just an app, but Im still mad

i love snapchat so so much, but im not constantly on it so i think that we should get a notification 1 hour before were about to lose a streak instead of just the hourglass, you know? ://
