Ive contacted Snapchat two times about the problems Ive been having and Ive yet to receive a HUMAN reply. Im severely disappointed with Snapchats customer service. Zero stars.
Around July 28ish I began to experience issues with Snapchat, such as some snaps that friends sent not being able to load/not appearing. Id think that they havent sent anything at all, but then when I enter the app again, it appears all the sudden. Figuring this was probably just an easy fix, on July 31, I deleted the app, restarted my device, and redownloaded the app. Now, it says "Could Not Connect. Please check your connection and try again" when I try to login. I am still not able to login, even on another device that previously worked. Ive tried every trick in the book: redownloading the app, restarting my device, checking my connection, flipping between Wifi and data, and resetting my password. Nothing has worked.
Snapchat has a serious issue, or at least I think it does because Im almost positive it isnt my phone, and it needs to be fixed ASAP! If anybody is having similar issues, please write a review so Snapchat knows that this is an URGENT PROBLEM. I thought the update would have dealt with this issue but apparently not. I am severely disappointed, and at this moment, even more disappointed with Snapchats SLOW response to the issues Ive presented them.
