The new update which allows 32 people groups has ruined the app for me. I am not able to send messages nor receive them. I did not have this problem until after I installed the update please fix as soon as possible. It is also saying that it cant find my mobile data which isnt making sense at first I thought it was my data messing up so I restarted my phone a few times as well as uninstalled the app the reinstalled hoping that would fix it and the problem still continues.

I recently havent been able to hear any feedback after recording a video, but I can on other peoples videos. Also, many videos on snap stories and individual snap videos sent to me will not load, so I cant see what the video was. Ive already cleared up space on my phone, so I dont know what the problem. Fix it, please.

Updated the app today and now nothing will load or send. Very disappointed.

IM FURIOUS TO SAY THE LEAST !! after this last update i cant send snaps on neither data or wifi and keep getting the snap failed dialogue message. it takes longer to load received snaps and the stories appear to lag when trying to watch them. this is ridiculous !!!! i hope you guys fix this ASAP , and come out with a mother update over the next 48 hours to help with these bugs !!! ive googled this and been talking on a forum. im not the only person experiencing these glitches and theres a lot of upset people like me !! I hope you guys do right and fix this problem for all of us fashionably in a very quick time !!

Stopped giving me notifications, when ever I get a snap it doesnt create the red bubble with a number in it anymore......not happy!! I shouldnt have to go into the app and reload everything to see if people have snapped me!!!

This app is so bad and wont help u in ur life, I feel bad for the people that waste there time in this crap. Its retarted.

When I try to send a snap. The app closes and goes to my home screen. Sometimes at random, it leaves the app. Please fix this. I cant send my streaks if it wont let me send snaps.

ive been using this for years now and its been my go to app much appreciation on how much each update improves and just a side note sometimes i guess you could say my snapchat camera glitches and turns black i have to close the app and remove it from my background for it to work again

sometimes my notifications wont show at all and my snapchat keeps crashing. please fix this

My snapchat keeps playing muting my videos automatically and I dont know how to fix it.

Literally, the app was doing great until the most recent update, like i wont receive snaps that people sent to me hours ago, and then when i finally get them theyre immediately auto opened. I cant even see what people are saying when they snap me PLZ FIX

Yall should make an update that lets us see when our viewers view out stories, like "x" minuets ago or something lol.

I deleted the app and it wont let me download it again every other app is fine its just Snapchat
