STREAKS

so ive read some other reviews and i see that other people are having the same problem. i have streaks that show the hourglass for example saying that it will end soon and not only i sent a picture but the person sends one back and i send three or two streak checks like everyday just to keep them yet they show the hourglass. then sometimes it even shows that i dont have a streak with them anymore and im like how is that possible so i log out log back in and then its there. so im guessing just a slight problem you guys are having but hope u can fix it so i dont freak out every time!! ? other than that snapchat is amazing.
