Account has been hacked

NO HUMAN RESPONSE IN 19 HOURS AS OF NOW. My account has been hacked. Someone is watching received snaps and using my account and has changed both the verified email and phone number. The website says that as long as I have the original email address it can be recovered, HOWEVER, Snapchat has still done NOTHING to help me recover it and there is no way for me to do it.
