Losing service?

Every time I open up Snapchat without being connected to wifi I lost my cell service for anywhere to 30 seconds to up to five minutes. When Im connected to the wifi its fine and after however long it takes passes itll work but when I start it up losing service is really annoying

THIS IS STILL A PROBLEM. Only now its gotten worse. Now its gotten to the point to where if I open it even with wifi my signal goes away!
