I didnt get the new update

I havent gotten the new update simply because I dont have enough space to but Snapchat isnt working on my phone regardless. I have to shut off and turn my phone back on to get it to work. My filters dont work, sometimes my posts dont show, when I post a long picture, only half of it shows, and it keeps saying that Ive lost streaks but when I take a picture and scroll over to the point that it says out streak number, its still there. This HAS to be fixed and I dont know if its MY phone or if its Snapchat but something gotta give and by the looks of these reviews, Id say its Snapchat.
