Starting to have more problems

I really love Snapchat, its one of my favorite social medias. But of course, its not perfect.
Ive been having a lot of problems with my streaks lately. My two longest streaks disappeared and ended for literally no reason, we had Snapchatted each other and it disappeared a couple hours afterwards. Im not happy about that AT ALL.
That being said, I feel like there should be a push notification when your streak is starting to expire.
