Recovery option

Only Rating so low because there is no good recovery options. Only way to recover is through phone number. Its not a solid recovery method. People all the time switch numbers for various reasons. And I not remembering about snapchats phone number security changed my number and now I am locked out of my number. Email verification is a thing but Snapchat doesnt seem to know that. Their help services are crap too. The never reply and dont bother to take feedback into consideration. Ill rate higher once email verification becomes a thing for Snapchat, because of them I lost a ton of contacts that I only had on Snapchat so I just lost a lot of Friends!
