No Streaks and Texts

All a sudden for me and my friends on Snapchat the texts we sent to each other didnt show up I sent stuff to one of my friends and they didnt get it and I sent them one andthey didnt get it and the streaks just stoped and ended for no reason and then we thought it was just that one of us just ended it but actually when another one was started nothing showed up said no day streak I am very disappointed and would like to complain to Snapchat
