No sound

So I love Snapchat, BUT for some strange reason when ever I try to take a video the sound doesnt work. I can hear everyone elses sound, but I can not record my own. I have emailed Snapchat support multiple times and still no change. Im writing this with the hope they fix it, if not Im going to have to erase Snapchat. Videos are more than half the reason I have snap, so no videos = no point to have snap. So pleaseeeeeeeee help snap!!!
