Awesome app!

Ive had Snapchat almost since it was released. I have an iphone 7+, and so does my husband. With that being said, he has the "my eyes only" feature, and I do not. How come? He has had it(the feature) since it was updated. And I for some reason can not get anything like that on my phone. Explain that one to me please.
