Cant review my videos

Alright so the new updates have been good! But the latest update that was just installed to my phone wont allow me to watch my videos right after I take the video! Ive tried deleting it and the re downloading it and it didnt work, and Ive tried signing out and signing back in but I get the same results! If this could be fixed it would be much appreciated!
