Suspicious activity really?

I tried opening a personal and the business account. Also I think my number or account was hacked. Now I can attach my contacts to my account its been a few days.. No support at all no one to talk to about this issue and it stays blocked.. terrible app. All other apps have great support.. they need to fix this or Ill just delete the app and use IG they have the same features and so does FB
